Artist's Vision
Artist, Sara Weiner's art work is all about lively color.
A multi-media artist, her sensitive photos often incorporate
the influences from her fabric and sculpture pieces. She was
very involved in the design of
her home remodel, and called me in to help translate her love
of bright color into a palette that would also support the
interests of her family members and showcase their eclectic art
collection.
In this view of the stairwell, notice how the eggplant accent
colors in the living room and foyer (the edge of the fireplace
and the chairs) frame the softer environmental tones of green
and gold.
In the next view, you can see
how the colors of
the fireplace lead you across the open and spacious great room
into the living area.
