Dinner Menu:
This is a great meal to make when you have a
tight time schedule but still want to make something special
for your family and friends.
You can make the Red Chile sauce up to a
week in advance. The cookies can be made at any time and
frozen. Make the flan the day before. In the morning, put
the roast in a crock pot and when you walk in the door in the
evening all you'll need to do is pull out some light snacks for
your guests and assemble the salad. In very little time
you're ready to sit down to dinner.
